As a Certified Doula with DONA International, I offer personalized Birth Doula services and Postpartum Doula Services to families in the Contra Costa County and the Lamorinda and Tri-Valley areas, including Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Danville, Dublin and Pleasanton, and will, on request travel throughout the Northern California Bay Area. 

 

I provide a wide range of birth doula services to you and your partner during your labor and birth experience. I also offer supportive postpartum doula services during the first 12 weeks, after delivery, as you and your baby adjust to being a new family.  Some of these postpartum services include overnight doula care, lactation education, sleep training support and simple household chores, such as, laundry and preparing light meals. 

 

Free initial interviews and consultation are provided for both types of doula services.
